1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of medical services at Genesiss Multi-Speciality Hospital, a multispeciality hospital located in Bangalore. By using our services, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Registration and Admission
All patients must register using valid identification. Emergency admissions must complete registration formalities post-admission. Minors must be accompanied by legal guardians.
3. Medical Treatment and Consent
Treatment is provided upon informed consent unless it is a medical emergency. Treatment outcomes are not guaranteed and may depend on various factors.
4. Patient Responsibilities
Patients must follow medical advice, behave respectfully, and safeguard personal items. Accurate medical history and medication information must be provided.
5. Billing and Payments
All services are billable as per standard rates. Full payment is required before discharge. Insurance is accepted only if pre-approved and valid.
6. Discharge Policy
Discharge is subject to medical clearance and settlement of bills. The hospital is not liable for consequences of discharge Against Medical Advice (AMA).
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
Patient data is handled in compliance with Indian IT laws and applicable privacy regulations. Anonymized data may be used for research or training.
8. Emergency Services
Emergency services are available 24/7. Ambulance usage is subject to availability and may incur charges.
9. Use of Hospital Facilities
Patients and visitors must follow rules of usage. Damaging hospital property may result in penalties.
10. Visitors and Attendants
Visitors must comply with visiting hours and infection control rules. Only one overnight attendant is allowed based on room type.
11. Liability Disclaimer
The hospital is not responsible for complications due to pre-existing conditions, patient non-compliance, or treatment failure beyond control.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled by courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
13. Amendments
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on the hospital website and displayed at reception.
