Cancellations & Refund Policy

At Genesiss Multi-Speciality Hospital, we strive to offer a smooth and transparent experience for all appointment bookings and medical services. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Appointment Cancellations

• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• Cancellations can be made through WhatsApp, website, chatbot, or by calling us at 9886777592.
• Missed appointments without prior notice will be marked as No Show.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed consultations, investigations, or treatments.

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made for the same appointment or service.
• Appointment cancellation by Genesiss Multi-Speciality Hospital due to doctor unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Advance payments made for services that were not availed due to valid patient-side reasons, if notified in advance.

All eligible refunds will be:

• Processed within 7–10 business days.
• Returned to the original source of payment.
• Subject to internal verification and approval by our accounts team.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed OPD consultations
• Completed investigations (blood tests, scans, etc.)
• Hospital admission and surgery charges once initiated
• Any services availed through package or promotional offers
